It's a #SaturdayMorningHustle idea so simple but so powerful and true. People appreciate positive reinforcement. Who doesn't love a compliment, big or small? Think about how you feel when some tells you something nice. Small things count too. Like on your social media post, positive comments, and people going out of their way to make a specific comment about how they like what you're doing. So if all this is true, why don't we all do more of it? Too often we use social media, phone apps, digital platforms and networking events to be negative, complain and not lift others up because we don't want the competition.
