The concept of community is needed more than ever. As individuals, we need to come together for communication, collaboration and empathy with/for each other. This benefits everyone. There's also the concept of community building as a business model. No selling, more authentic engagement and brand loyalty. All you have to do is provide value first, not expect anything in return and let the community develop organically.
