Giving You Permission To Feel (All The Emotions) From COVID-19 Limits On Your Life – A #SaturdayMorningHustle quarantine collective thought: We're all in this together, and IT SUCKS! #COVID19 is affecting everyone. For some, it's an inconvenience but for many the coronavirus is dangerous. Some are sick and many people have lost their jobs. A lot of small businesses are under duress and in danger of going bankrupt. All of these conditions can wreak havoc on your emotions and mental health. ⠀ ⠀ I have some advice for all you #Hustlers and #Grinders out there: It's OK to feel frustrated, mad, sad, confused and hopeful all in the same day. Maybe even within a single hour. Just don't let that detract you from big-picture goals. Take moment, collect yourself and get back to work. Positivity and action are always required for success. ⠀ ⠀ It's Saturday, you might be #SocialDistancing at home, but you can still #RiseAndGrind your way to success. We're all in this together, and we all need to keep our collective heads up. Use common sense, wash your hands, stay home if you feel sick and never give up hope. That goes double for all you business owners – we need you to be successful. ⠀ ⠀ Stream the podcast on #Spotify http://bit.ly/SaturdayMorningHustle or listen/subscribe on #iTunes http://bit.ly/SatMornHustle on #GooglePlay http://bit.ly/SMHGooglePlay & on #Anchor https://anchor.fm/satmorninghustle ⠀ ⠀ Listen to the podcast every weekend while your competition is still sleeping.
