#SaturdayMorningHustle The key to business success is how you handle change. Winning comes from making small movements, not large pivots or failure to change at all. Business change can come from losing or gaining a client, losing your best employee or new competitor entering your market. Do not overreact! Stick to your business plan, strategy and marketing tactics as long as you can until it's evident that you must make a change. The market will tell you when it's time for adjustments. When you do make changes, do it concisely and decisively. Winning at business means being able to handle change better than the other people in your space. Adapt and adjust. You can't be the "flavor of the week" and try something new all the time, but you also can't stick to "this is how we've always done it" and never make adjustments. Choose a happy medium between the two concepts. Good luck! Let me know how I can help you and your business. I'm here to help (and drink coffee). ☕️#LetMeHelpYou #Business #StartUp #Advice #Success #Hustle #Grind #EvenOnTheWeekends #Creative #WorkSmart then #WorkHard #Entrepreneur #BusinessOwner #Hustler #Audio #Video #SocialMedia #Content #Change #Business #CoffeeAndDonuts

@TheGoldingGroup #NeoMarketing Podcast Ep116: We can all learn from our mistakes, but isn't it better when you learn from the mistakes of others? My co-host Pritch @RSPritchard #APR & #PRSAFellow and I break down to failures (and lessons to be learned) of one yet-to-become-public customer service and public relations worst-case scenario and two very public missteps by major brands who should have known better (but still failed big).⠀
@TheGoldingGroup #NeoMarketing Podcast Special Guest @BeckyMcCray "I think it comes down to this concept of branding. The brand is your overall reputation with people, so they probably can't even tell you "the one" reason they shop with you. If they are only price-sensitive, for customers who only care about the price, we know that they're not your customer."⠀
March 2021 had 5 Wednesdays so we posted our scheduled @TheGoldingGroup #NeoMarketing podcasts + a bonus episode on the last "extra" Wed. of the month. Check all 3 out now! ⠀

Cocktails, dinner and a sweet nightcap with @cher_golding at @osteriaokc is a perfect Saturday night.
In sports, you run drills at practice. Doing the same skill set over and over until you become a master. In music, you play the same piece as many times as necessary to get it right. The same ideas can apply to business. You need to challenge yourself with drills designed to make you think, work on your process and continually improve. This is "extra" work outside what you do on a regular basis, but intentionally just for you to utilize for improvement. Prepare, practice and improve your process just like a pro athlete in the film room after every game, the gym working on conditioning and running individual and team drills between games.⠀
