People you collaborate with and anyone in your network will ultimately help you reach where you’re trying to go. So let’s talk about it today on the #SaturdayMorningHustle podcast. It’s Saturday. We’re in the office hustling, grinding, finding that extra time to get that extra work in because we’re pursuing something great. Remember the reason you’re doing what you’re doing. Benefit those around you and benefit yourself at the same time. Success is not a singular activity; it’s definitely not achieved alone. You can only be successful with a strong network, team, inner circle and support from your people. Likewise, you can extend yourself into the world through other people via collaborators, co-workers or team members. The people in your network, the people that you can depend on, the people that you work with, that you connect with, that you do for, and you provide value for, you lift up and bring along in your pursuit of success. All these people are ultimately essential tools, the greatest asset for you on your path to success. A rising tide lifts all boats. When you put together a great network and a great team, the people you work with are key. The people you work for are why we get up early and stay late, come in on Saturday, and are willing to do extra. The people are the reason. Never forget that.
