Being an expert, authority or “smartest” on a particular topic is a good thing. This allows you to provide value or a challenge to the rest of the occupants of the room.
Today we will discuss how to balance when you’re the student and when you’re the master. It’s OK to be the smartest person in the room, just not every room you spend time in. You can have great confidence without being an imposter and be a leader while still learning from others.
