#SaturdayMorningHustle The Real Way To Build Real Success In The Real World: Everyone wants to talk about how bad they want success, what they are willing to do for it, how long it's been on their mind (since I was a kid!). Only a portion of these same people actually has the talent to pull it off. Of that group, who is willing to hustle, grind and patiently build from the ground up? The building process is where success comes from. Not (ista)fame or being an overnight sensation, but actually building a brand (or self-brand) from nothing. Why? Because understanding how it was build will allow you to adapt to changes that WILL happen. The market, your audience, the competition will push back on your vision of the brand. Things will change. Will you know what to do when that change occurs? And then when it happens again (and again, and again)? The key to sustainable success is understanding every element of a business. How you got from idea to launch to audience attention to success. Skipping steps or having someone hands you a finished product does NOT do that. #Motivation #Video #Podcast #Advice #RiseAndGrind #Entrepreneur #WorkSmart then #WorkHard #Business #Success #Truth #EvenOnTheWeekend #Grind #Hustle #StartUpLife #NoExcuses #BusinessOwner #Leadership #Dedication #Commitment #CoffeeAndDonuts #SmallBusinessOKC #Inspire #Motivate #OKCPodcast

People Will Steal Your Ideas. Do It Anyways! #SaturdayMorningHustle⠀ ⠀ That's right, not everyone on the planet is ethical (or honest). Plenty of people you have never met (or might be very close to you) are willing to take other people's ideas and pass them off as their own. I'm not condoning it, I'm just telling you it can/will happen. But, you still need to innovate. Come up with new ideas, approaches, tactics and ways of doing things. Do not let the potential theft of your next great idea slow or stop you. Put yourself out there, and see who does it better. Focus on your audience and your success. Anyone looking for a shortcut will end up short in the end. Make them work hard to keep up with you. Stealing ideas and claiming credit is not sustainable. Go for it! Today on the #SaturdayMorningHustle, I translate the business marketing process into a simple format with tips everyone can use for your next event, non-profit organization or building your Personal Brand – artist, musician, #entrepreneurs, fitness, SM influencer, etc…. Goals, strategy, objectives, tactics, measurement and adjustment is the process (we discuss this fully on my business podcast The Golding Group #NeoMarketing on iTunes) which might seem like a lot of work. But, for an individual or smaller project this process can be simplified if you understand the basics. That's what I'm going to give you in 5 minutes this morning. What you do with it will be up to you. #GoodLuck #Hustle #Grind #WorkSmart and #WorkHard #Entrepreneur #Leadership #EvenOnTheWeekends #Conversion #Measurement #Marketing #Advertising #PR #PublicRelations #Promotions #Profit #Win #Motivation #Business #SelfBrand #Career #Process #Inspire #Motivate #Podcast #Video #OKCSmallBusiness

Wait For Perfect or Go Ahead With Good Enough #SaturdayMorningHustle Podcast. It's a simple statement but a hard concept to balance: Does it need to be perfect, or good enough? Should you keep working for a better, more complete version or do you need to get what you have into the world for feedback? How and when do you know something is complete and ready to be shared? Let's talk about it on the #SaturdayMorningHustle podcast today. I'm returning to the most basic version of podcast production today using the (free) @anchor.fm app on my smartphone to record my thoughts while driving to the office today. Why? To prove the point that not everything needs to be perfect to have value and be effective. Listen, then let me know your thoughts.
@TheGoldingGroup Strategic Growth Podcast Ep164 Alex Ruhter, CEO of @JackbeSocial Drive-Thru Grocery Startup. JackBe (Jack be nimble, Jack be quick) is an Oklahoma-based start-up disrupting the grocery shopping experience. It's as convenient as a fast food drive-thru. Instead of burgers or tacos, you get everything on your grocery shopping list. Kyle and Alex discuss essential elements of a great business opportunity: solving a problem, presenting a clearly different option and letting consumer feedback guide decision-making.

Repost @thegoldinggroup Advice from @knhletcher - Pick a focus for the year. For the @bbbcentralok, our year focus in 2023 is going to be retention. We're really digging into how do we best serve our businesses that are accredited with us. That stemmed from a conversation with the team. It's not me, as the boss, setting the tone.
Lost #SaturdayMorningHustle Episode: Authenticity, Value and Collaboration. The key to effective communication is being authentic and connecting with your primary target audience the way they want you to. Not the other way around. Originally recorded on 12/2/17 but was never heard due to technical difficulties.
