Continuing on the #SaturdayMorningHustle theme from last week: Success is a journey and not a destination and the path is full of unexpected deviations. Today on the podcast, I'm using my own long and winding journey from my first business (when was only 15) in the music industry to where I am now as the head of a strategic planning and business development consulting firm. The path between the two is not anything I had planned, but being adaptable and keeping myself moving in the right direction ultimately offered the potential for personal and business success. ⠀ ⠀ The key is learning how to balance "sticking with the plan" with knowing "when to get out" of a plan that just won't work BUT not too soon or making major changes too often.
