"The word of the day is FOCUS!" #SaturdayMorningHustle advice: Stay in your lane, do that thing you do the way you do it. Too many people look at ways others are making money or having success and want to add that to what they are already doing. This is a terrible idea. ⠀ ⠀ The best business is very specifically focused on a core offering. That is what people expect and like about doing business with you. Adding extras for no reason other than you can do it (but you're not the best at it) or just to make "easy" money dilutes your brand, message, customer experience, staff attention, etc…. PLUS you will be competing with those you are copying. The advantage is theirs. ⠀ ⠀ To be successful, stay focused! #GoodLuck #Focus #Strategy #Specialize #Business #StartUp #Advice #Success #Hustle #Grind #EvenOnTheWeekends #Creative #WorkSmart then #WorkHard #Entrepreneur #BusinessOwner #Hustler #Video #SocialMedia #Content for #Business #CoffeeAndDonuts #TheGrassIsNotAlwaysGreener #ShinyObjects

#SaturdayMorningHustle The key to business success is how you handle change. Winning comes from making small movements, not large pivots or failure to change at all. Business change can come from losing or gaining a client, losing your best employee or new competitor entering your market. Do not overreact! Stick to your business plan, strategy and marketing tactics as long as you can until it's evident that you must make a change. The market will tell you when it's time for adjustments. When you do make changes, do it concisely and decisively. Winning at business means being able to handle change better than the other people in your space. Adapt and adjust. You can't be the "flavor of the week" and try something new all the time, but you also can't stick to "this is how we've always done it" and never make adjustments. Choose a happy medium between the two concepts. Good luck! Let me know how I can help you and your business. I'm here to help (and drink coffee). ☕️#LetMeHelpYou #Business #StartUp #Advice #Success #Hustle #Grind #EvenOnTheWeekends #Creative #WorkSmart then #WorkHard #Entrepreneur #BusinessOwner #Hustler #Audio #Video #SocialMedia #Content #Change #Business #CoffeeAndDonuts

#SaturdayMorningHustle Stay focused, humble and true to what being successful is all about – to help other people with that success. That's what it means to me. What about you?⠀ ⠀ We partner with community groups in our town like @homelessalliance @inclusioninart and others, everyone is pitching in for Houston right now because they really need us. Keep that attitude of gratitude going 24/7/365 and putting in a little extra effort on Saturday, late at night, etc. will feel a lot more worthwhile. Donate your funds, but also time, talents and expertise. There are lots of ways to help your community, just make yourself available to it. Good luck! #Hustle #Grind #Business & #Community #Success #EvenOnTheWeekends #Patience #Humble #Focused #Collaboration #Creativity #Give #WorkSmart then #WorkHard then #HelpOthers because it's #TheRightThingToDo
